Spring invites growth, and what better way to cultivate it than by planting seeds of Dharma in our minds? Join us for the 2024 European Dzogchen Buddha Path Spring Retreat and Internet Teaching Program: Generating Bodhicitta, the intention of enlightened wisdom, taught by Dharma teachers Excellent Bodhi Lama Rita and Heini Ilmarinen.

This year, we have two ways to participate:

  • Immerse yourself in the beauty of Austria: Join the retreat in person at the Dzogchen Retreat Center Europe, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The retreat runs from Sunday, May 26th to Saturday, June 1st (arrive on May 25th).
  • Join from the comfort of your home: Participate in the online program from May 26th to May 29th.

Together, we'll nourish positive thinking and cultivate happiness. This retreat is open to everyone – no prior experience necessary.

The 2023 Dzogchen Buddha Path February Online Weekend Teaching Program

“Understanding Buddha’s Qualities, Discovering Our Potentials“ will commence on Friday, 3rd of February at 12:00 pm MET and conclude on Sunday, 5th of February 2023 at 1:30 pm MET.

The Dzogchen Buddha Path Autumn Weekend Hybrid Teaching Program will be under the guidance of Venerable Dharma Teacher Heini Ilmarinen, as authorized by His Eminence Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche. The teaching topic of the program is the Five Composites. Because of the intricateness of the subject, a basic understanding of the fundamental principles of Buddhism is required.

European Monthly Teaching - Vinyasa Yoga led by Havilah

Put your stretchy clothes on and join in for 45 minutes guided Vinyasa yoga practice, suitable for all levels. The practice of yoga has forever been intertwined with meditation and Buddhism in general. Yoga helps create space in the body— which in turn creates space in the mind. Yoga makes it easier to sit longer, more comfortably. It not only provides a stable base for meditation, but many experience a more grounded, centered awakening to life. This Zoom class includes fifteen minutes of verbal teaching by certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Sangha Member, Havilah Twitchell, along with 45 minutes of guided practice.
