Precious Sangha,

We warmly invite you to join us for a four-day contemplation retreat at the Dzogchen Retreat Center Europe (DRCE) in Mariensee, Austria.

In this retreat, our Dharma Teacher Frijk Wieland will share his own contemplations on “Who Am I (Not)?” and guide participants in developing and deepening their own contemplation skills.

During the retreat, we will investigate the ways in which we habitually identify with our body, thoughts, emotions, experiences, personal roles, and beliefs. We will explore how ego-clinging influences the way we experience ourselves, relate to others, and move through everyday life.

The emphasis will be on direct investigation and personal experience, rather than merely exploring these questions intellectually. Through contemplation, meditation, and self-inquiry, we will examine our habitual identifications and explore what becomes possible when we loosen our attachment to them.

This retreat is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the Dzogchen Buddha Path by bringing the teachings directly into our own experience and everyday life.
